This policy describes how Raymond Chevalier ("we", "us") processes data when using our internal advertising management application ("the App"), which connects to Meta Platforms through the Marketing API.
The App is an internal tool used by our team to create, manage and analyse advertising campaigns on ad accounts and Pages that we own or that their owners have explicitly authorised us to manage. The App is not offered to the public and does not provide login for end users.
We do not collect data from users' personal Facebook or Instagram profiles beyond what is listed above.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest and the contract with the advertiser; for lead forms, the consent the person gives when submitting the form.
We do not sell data. We share data only with the advertiser who owns the respective ad account, and with infrastructure providers that host our systems (servers located in the European Union) under data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
Advertising statistics are kept for as long as we manage the ad account and up to 24 months afterwards for reporting. Lead form submissions are kept no longer than 90 days, after which they are deleted. Access tokens are deleted when access is revoked.
Data is stored on access-restricted servers. Access tokens are kept in protected storage and are never published.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To request deletion of your data, email raymondchevalier901@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email or phone number you submitted, or the ad account / Page concerned. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can also remove the App's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
